Project Engineer

DESCRIPTION
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of construction projects, from initial planning to final completion
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met
- Develop project schedules and monitor progress to ensure timely completion
- Conduct site visits to assess project status and address any issues that may arise
- Prepare and review project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports
- Oversee budgeting and cost control measures to ensure projects stay within financial constraints
- Manage project resources, including labor, materials, and equipment
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards

EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field
- Proven experience in project coordination or construction management
- Proficient in the use of construction management software such as Procore
- Familiarity with design - schematics and plans
- Strong knowledge of construction estimating and budgeting processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality
