SalaryCross Creek Animal Hospital is a very busy, small animal practice, looking to add to our reception team!
Our Veterinary Receptionists are the face of our clinic, and are responsible for checking clients in and out, utilizing a multi-line phone system, processing payments, general administrative work, and assisting clients, veterinary technicians, and doctors as requested. A cheerful, positive attitude along with a welcoming, friendly personality is an absolute MUST for this position.
Applicant must be available anytime between the hours of 6am-6pm Monday-Friday, and 7am-3pm on Saturdays. This is a full time position, including rotating Saturdays. Applicant must have strong customer service skills and be comfortable working in an extremely fast paced environment. Applicant must be energetic, eager to learn, and be able to multi-task independently.
Experience working in a veterinary setting is preferred, but is not required- we are willing to train the right candidate! Drug testing is required upon hire. Some benefits are available after a 90-day introductory period. Compensation is dependent on experience, and starts at $14.00 per hour.
