Responsibilities:
Welcome clients warmly and ensure a positive experience from the moment they walk through our doors- Efficiently manage appointment scheduling, phone calls, and client inquiries with professionalism and accuracy
- Provide administrative support, including record-keeping, billing, and maintaining patient files
- Collaborate closely with veterinary staff to coordinate patient care and ensure smooth clinic operations
- Uphold a clean, organized, and inviting reception area conducive to a professional atmosphere
- Offer compassionate assistance and guidance to pet owners during challenging or sensitive situations
Requirements:
Previous experience in customer service, reception, or administrative roles preferred- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and colleagues alike
- Strong organizational abilities, including the capacity to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Genuine passion for animal welfare and a commitment to providing the highest standard of care to our patients and clients
