Andrews Veterinary Hospital is looking for someone who loves working with animals as well as people! The front desk receptionist concentrates on client service and communication. He or she is the first and last contact with the hospital and key to creating first and lasting impressions. Ideal candidates must have exceptional client service and communication skills, computer literacy, handle payment and financial issues, ability to multi-task, friendly attitude and confidence to deal with stressful situations. support veterinarians, technicians and veterinary assistants in daily patient and client care. They communicate with clients in person, over the phone, via email and text.
Requirements:

- Appointment scheduling
- Detailed note taking for all client communications and interactions
- Obtain and enter medical records
- Checking patients in and out, collecting payments, checking patient records for procedures, etc
- General cleaning: sweep, mop, empty trash, etc
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be available to work Monday through Friday from 7:30am to 5:30 pm
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
