Veterinary Receptionist

Cape Coral Pet Vet is looking for an experienced Veterinary Receptionistto join our team! Our modern three doctor, privately owned small animal practice in Cape Coral is looking for an upbeat, team player who puts our patients first. Qualities We Are Looking For:

You must have great people and communication skills, an up-beat personality, be self-motivated, reliable, be able to easily multi-task, and willing to help others as part of a team.

Experience:

A team member with 1 year of clinical experience in a veterinary clinic is preferred.

Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, answering the telephone, setting up new clients and patients, preparation and maintenance of medical records, filling some prescriptions, over the counter sales, mailings, computer operation, financial transactions, and front office and reception area maintenance.
