Veterinary Receptionist

Russell Creek Pet Clinic & Hospital has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Receptionist to join our team!

Previous Veterinary Receptionist experience is required.

This is a full-time role comprised of 4-10hr shifts, including rotating Saturday coverage (halfdays).

Responsibilities:

• Client service and communication
• Greeting and checking out clients and patients
• Managing phone lines
• Booking appointments
• Over the counter sales
• Financial transactions
• General front desk duties
• General hospital cleaning
