Experienced Veterinary Receptionist

Vista Vet - Animal Hospital & Pet Lodge is a busy, growing veterinary hospital located in scenic Round Rock, TX. We have been open for just over three years, and been growing ever since. We are privately owned in all aspects. Because we are privately owned, we feel that the best way we can grow as a hospital is through each other, and we have the freedom to make the changes we need to support our team and our patients. Our reception team is an amazing group that is looking to add another dynamic receptionist to our team.

Daily tasks can include

• Utilizing Cornerstone efficiently
• Responsible for the flow of the hospital
• Helping a colleague
• Setting the schedule for the day
• Laughing at dad jokes from co-workers
• Checking clients in/out
• Taking payments
• Cuddling with puppies
• And the millions of other things that our receptionist seamlessly integrate into their day to day. We provide training and support in a fun and engaging environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week

• 8 hour shift

• Weekends as needed

• What is your desired pay range?
• We are open Monday through Friday 7am-7pm, Saturday from 8a-5p, and Sunday from 8a-11a. Do you have any schedule restrictions we should be aware of or would you be able to work any shift during these hours?
• We have rotating schedules where you will sometimes open, and sometimes close. Do you have the ability to do either shift?
