Veterinary Customer Care Representative/Receptionist

Veterinary Customer Care Representative/Receptionist needed. Applicant MUST be outgoing and friendly. Must also be very detail-oriented, have exceptional organizational skills, outstanding written and verbal communication skills, and computer proficiency.

You must be able to multitask under pressure- we get very, very busy and there are numerous times throughout the day when there are people waiting to be helped in the lobby and phone lines on hold. Position includes maintaining patient records, checking clients in and out, answering phones, scanning/faxing, educating clients on veterinary medications and procedures, cleaning, and helping out wherever needed.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Must have at least one year of experience in the veterinary field.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week
