Veterinary Receptionist

Seaview Animal Hospital is a new privately owned small animal general practice located in scenic Edmonds, WA. Seaview Animal Hospital was founded on two principles: To provide a high standard of patient care and client communication and to cultivate a positive and sustainable workplace culture. Our mission is to elevate animal health, client satisfaction, and employee happiness. As a team we will provide compassionate, transparent, and evidence based medicine in a positive work place that empowers employee growth. We strive to inspire all team members to utilize their technical and communication skills at a high level. We emphasize fear free patient handling techniques. Formal fear free certification is not a requirement for application but employees will be encouraged to take the course.

Seaview Animal Hospital’s newly constructed facility is slated to open July, 2024. It features state of the art equipment and new technologies to optimize workflow efficiency and patient care. Seaview Animal Hospital will boast 4 exam rooms, a dedicate cat ward, surgical suite, lab/pharmacy, 2 dental tables, and central oxygen. Over time Seaview will grow to a 3-4 doctor practice adding technologies and equipment to best serve our patients and the team’s needs.

We are seeking motivated and experienced Veterinary Assistants, Licensed Veterinary Technicians, and Client Service Representatives ready to step into leadership roles and build a practice we can be proud to work in. As a founding team member you will have the unique opportunity to work in a beautiful new facility, help shape the culture of our hospital, and establish Seaview as a fixture of the Edmonds/Lynnwood community.

NOTE: Applicants must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. LVT applicants must have skill and experience performing dentistry, dental radiographs, and anesthesia. For Assistants, Client Service Representatives, and LVTs greater than 2 years of experience is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
