Veterinary Receptionist

Terrace Heights Family Pet Clinic is looking for a full-time Veterinary Receptionist to join our team! We are a multi-doctor, small animal hospital that has proudly served Yakima, WA, for nearly 25 years!

Requirements:

• Preference will be given to candidates with animal-related experience; however, we’re also open to training individuals who love animals and have great customer service skills
• Takes pride in being punctual, dependable, and reliable
• Self-starters who take initiative and pay close attention to detail
• Compassionate team players who have excellent communication skills

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Client service
• Managing multiple phone lines
• Booking appointments
• Sales and communication
• Multi-tasking
• Ensuring that the reception area of the hospital is always clean and presentable
• Liaising between clients and technical team
