Receptionist

*Looking for a part time afternoon employee (1p to close) Monday through Friday with major holidays off.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Check clients in and out from appointments
- Dispense medication/retail items
- Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system
- Provide accurate information to callers and assist with inquiries
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with individuals at all levels
- Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Money handling experience
- Knowledge of basic office procedures and protocols

*Previous experience with veterinary not required - willing to train :)
*Wage increase possibilities after 3 months and then again after 6 months.
