The Role
This role leads vendor performance and results of personal loan customer sales and service.  

Problems You Will Solve
    • Drives and partners with third party to consistently meet and/or exceed contractual requirements
    • Partner to document, analyze and prepare remediation plans for partner performance including compliance, productivity, and customer experience quality
    • Host partner performance reviews, weekly, monthly, and quarterly
    • Manages and assists with the development and maintenance of a comprehensive audit and compliance process, reviews results, to recommend and drive corrective actions
    • Provide proactive report/analysis on various aspects of vendor performance for leadership including: Interpretation of metrics/data analytics, performance and trends and areas of opportunity
    • Communicates with vendor(s) to provide counsel and coaching to coordinate/anticipate resolution of operational requirements
    • Coordinates with team members to prepare and update contracts and related documents as necessary
    • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by tracking emerging practices in the field of vendor performance management
    • Attend partner meetings as required
    • Works on special reviews and other projects as assigned
About You
    • 5-7 years of experience in vendor relations, contract management or performance management
    • Experience with statistical/data analysis and evaluation of qualitative/quantitative data
    • Experience performing quality control audits
    • Experience working in a Customer Relationship Management platform or audit system
    • Knowledge of quality control audit procedures
    • Ability to identify, communicate and evaluate key performance indicators
    • Ability to work cooperatively with teams to deliver excellent results
    • Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills
    • Strong project and time management skills, including a high level of organization, attention to detail, and follow-through, while balancing and prioritizing multiple activities and responsibilities

$63,000 - $106,000 a year
The salary range for the Vendor Manager for Card Services position for Phoenix based candidates is $63- 85k annually, plus bonus and generous benefits. For remote candidates the salary range is $63-106k annually depending on remote location. In determining your salary, we will consider your experience, location, and other job-related factors.
