About Us: FreePower is a fast-moving tech company specializing in industry-leading wireless charging technology. We're seeking a strong Inside Sales Manager to support our Sales & Marketing efforts in implementing FreePower into countertops (www.freepower.io). Position Overview: As an Inside Sales Manager at FreePower you will be the front line of communications for helping identify, acquire and support our growing network of FreePower Pro's looking to implement FreePower wireless charging solutions. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure exceptional end user experiences. Your proficiency in CRM (Hubspot), VoIP dialers (RingCentral) and Live Chat (Intercom), will help drive top of funnel success, long term pipeline growth, and customer acquisition. Being accessible while being able to communicate complex details in simplistic ways will be critical to ensuring FreePower products are properly integrated into surfaces and products. A basic understanding of the residential, hospitality and commercial design process is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, acquire, and support relevant industry partners including but not limited to residential, hospitality and commercial architects & designers.
  • Drive communications of relevant industry partners to become FreePower Pro's.
  • Assist and drive the sales process for relevant industry partner(s) and projects.
  • Leverage relationships with existing partners to identify and acquire other relevant partner(s) including but not limited to stone countertop fabricators, builders, developers, distributors, kitchen and bath showrooms, etc.
  • Support experiential marketing activations, both owned and otherwise.
  • Experience with Hubspot or equivalent CRM preferred.
  • Experience with RingCentral or equivalent VoIP preferred.
  • Experience with Intercom or equivalent LiveChat preferred.
  • Existing portfolio of contacts with our identified industry partner group(s) a plus.
  • Manage inbound and outbound communications through various sales channels (email, phone, live chat, etc.).
  • Identification and development of critical Sales & Marketing assets, tools and processes.

List of Critical Skills:

  • 3 years of similar Inside Sales Manager experience with relevant industry partners.
  • Demonstrate capabilities with Hubspot, Intercom, and RingCentral.
  • Demonstrate capabilities with G-Suite for documenting and communicating critical data.
  • Understanding and familiarity with residential, hospitality and commercial design processes and how to incorporate FreePower wireless countertop solutions.
  • Strong documentation skills as it relates to process development and improvement.
  • Strong communication and customer skills.
  • Strong problem solving skills.
  • Detail oriented.
