Express Employment Professionals is seeking a qualified candidate for a Vendor Program Specialist Position located in the East Metro!

• SUMMARY: Vendor Program Specialist

  The Vendor Programs Specialist is responsible for processing all Distributor facilitated Vendor programs in an accurate, professional and timely fashion. Meeting the needs of Customers while adhering to Vendor requirements and ensuring that all items qualified for bill back to Vendor are billed back in an accurate and timely fashion.

  ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Vendor Program Specialistinclude the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Itemize coupons and frequent buyer cards
• Process electronic frequent buyer cards
• Prepare and write credit memos to customers
• Prepare and write debit memo to vendors
• Communicate clear information to vendors, customers, and internal staff
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Identify and assess customer and vendor needs to achieve satisfactory resolution of billback claims
• Prepare reports and compile necessary data for various programs to determine correct bill back amounts, including free goods, promos, customer returns, pet food discount credits issued, etc.
• Calculate appropriate data to provide proper back up amount to vendors on billed back items
• Manage incoming email requests and concerns from both customers and vendors as assigned. Resolving all issues in a timely, professional manner
• Cross communicate between departments internally to efficiently obtain proper back up for items requiring a bill back to vendors
