As a UX Researcher, you will work closely with the design manager and UI/UX designers, utilizing your passion for communicating the user's voice and incorporating it throughout the design process. You’ll be responsible for conducting user-experience (UX) research, analysis, and persona development, for both existing and new software.
- Can own the development of research and insights that drive the way our organization understands and designs for our customers and user groups
- Demonstrated experience integrating consumer research into a business's product design practice
- Strong knowledge of User Research methods such as Usability Testing, Concept Testing, User Interviews, Unmoderated Remote Studies, User Surveys, Prototype Testing, Contextual Inquiry, Heuristic analysis, Competitive Analysis & Benchmarking, etc.
- Demonstrated experience with product usability testing tools in the product development process to help research, create, and test digital representations of work by leveraging specialized UX tools
- Demonstrated experience utilizing methodology concepts for analysis and brief findings to organizations as necessary
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and engineers, to develop a comprehensive research strategy aligned with business goals
- BA/BS degree in relevant field
- 3+ years of experience of solid UX research experience
- Compelling portfolio of design projects that demonstrates clean designs and a strong process is preferred, but not required
- Demonstrated experience working in UX, Visual Design, or IA within multi-disciplinary teams (both technology and design)
- Ability to work in dynamic and sometimes ambiguous conditions requiring rapid transitions between collaborative and individual work
- Strong problem solving and analysis abilities
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with remote project teams
- Ability to participate in collaborative team events
