Qualifications:
- Desire to work with people.
- Minimum of 6 months, 1 one year technical customer service or other relevant experience.
- Must have excellent customer service demeanor, verbal communication skills.
- Strong working knowledge of desktop hardware, software, and peripherals.
- Knowledge of networking hardware a plus.
- This position will be part of an on-call rotation.
