About the Role:

As the Specialist, US Benefits, you will be a member of the Rewards team within the People Organization, focused on the administration and delivery of employee benefits programs within the US. In this role, you should have the the ability to work in a fast-paced environment displaying confidence, ownership, accuracy and urgency in the completion of tasks, without compromising the quality of work.

How you will make an impact:

  • Manage administration of employee benefits plans within the US, including medical, dental, disability, life, accident and retirement programs. As well as broad wellness initiatives.

  • Activities include, program design, analytic tasks such as compliance, communications, employee support and administration.

  • Project manage annual Open Enrollment.

  • Build and manage relationships with Vendors, including invoicing and project management of Rfps.

  • Support additional HR projects and initiatives as assigned.

  • Document, map and work with the team to find improvements in existing processes.

What we look for:

  • Bachelors degree.

  • 0 - 2 years of professional experience.

  • Prior Human Resources internship experience in basic HR principles and HR related laws and regulations.

  • Strong data and analytic skills.

  • Exposure to employment laws and benefits customs in the US.

  • Familiarity with WorkDay.

  • Have excellent communication skills, and ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization.
