Responsibilities
- Creating presentations for new and renewal business.
- Processing all necessary paperwork for new and renewal groups
- Servicing existing clients such as maintaining relationships, providing benefit knowledge, and claims resolution.
- Work with team members to continue smooth flow of process and success
Education
- High School Diploma (or equivalent)
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
Qualifications
- Detail oriented
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products
- Excellent communication skills
- Effective time management
- Creative problem solver
- Works well in a team
- Insurance License is a plus!
