SalaryBerlitz a global organization and a world-class provider of language education has an immediate opening for a Benefits Specialist. This role will be the first point of contact for employees/family members to address questions about benefits, and claims, and will work directly with our TPA to resolve billing inquiries and issues.
Ideally, the person will have previous experience with the following:
- Previous medical billing experience
- Experience working with insurance claims
- Understanding SPDs and be able to explain to our employees how claims are paid based on our coverage.
This is a part-time 20-25 hrs. a week, remote role located in the Northeast. The salary range for this role is $20-$27 per hour depending upon experience.
This is a temporary position for 6-9 months.
