Trust & Accounts Payable Specialist

Our Client is renowned law firm is actively seeking a Trust & Accounts Payable Specialist who will join their team in Charlotte, NC. This is a hybrid position.

Responsibilities include:

• Understanding and performing all aspects of the Accounts Payable and trust accounting processes.
• Accounts payable duties include check requests, invoices, and employee expense report reimbursements.
• Trust functions include client deposits, disbursements, and adhering to the rules established by the North Carolina State Bar.
• A High School diploma or the equivalent is required.
• A Bachelor degree or equivalent in experience is preferred.
• Preference will be given to candidates who have direct Accounts Payable / trust accounting experience in a professional environment.
• This will be a hybrid position once in person training is completed (approximately 3 to 6 months). Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
