Job Description
The Staff Accountant is responsible for responsible for the full spectrum of accounting duties to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulations. The role involves working closely with the leadership team, assisting with day-to-day accounting operations and helping to implement process improvements.
Scope of Responsibilities:
- Perform general ledger reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial data
- Prepare, post and scan general ledger journal entries
- Assist in month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing and reporting processes
- Conduct cash flow analysis and monitor cash balances
- Support vendor payments, setup and record retention
- Assist with annual planning, budgeting and forecasting
- Manage the cycle count process
- Prepare bank reconciliations
- Reconcile G/L accounts and perform balance sheet reconciliations
- Communicate tactfully and effectively in both oral and written form
- Prepare and audit capital expenditures
- Assist with month-end financial analysis and review
- Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and support audits
- Support and promote our company values & principles in everyday work activities.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and/or Finance with a minimum of 3 years of related experience
- Experience in a manufacturing environment (strongly preferred)
- Experience with inventories and cycle counts
- Must have strong computer skills (MS Office, ERP, analytics tools)
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
- Ability to prioritize, strong attention to detail, and ability to multi-task
- Work effectively with others, with and without supervision
- Requires mostly sitting, bending, standing and walking
- Must be a US Person.
