Summary:
Responsibilities
- Manage and implement multiple Treasury Kyriba projects to include payment configuration and testing, bank statement integration, account onboarding for bank reconciliation and cash accounting, ERP system integration.
- Kyriba Treasury Management System production support.
- Assist Treasury team with Kyriba system issues & find creative solutions that drive efficiency.
- Complete Quarterly and Annual SOC and Audit requirements.
- Expansion into cash management and forecasting functions utilizing the Kyriba TMS.
- Perform other job functions related to duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelors or Graduate degree. Preferably with major/minor in systems and finance, accounting, or business.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in corporate treasury, finance, accounting or Systems Support role.
- Knowledge in accounting and treasury management.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with innovative mindset.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Team player willing to collaborate with others.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Organized and detail oriented.
- Must be able to juggle multiple priorities effectively.
Preferred:
- Experience implementing TMS or ERP system.
- Knowledge of the Insurance Industry a plus.
