Form of workResponsible for providing Planview Enterprise One application support to IS Shared Services Project Managements Teams and other Information Services and MD Anderson Planview users, identifying opportunities for Planview workflow improvements, Planview Configuration, Design, Enhancements/defect fixes, testing activities and report development. Also manage IS Shared Services SharePoint site configuration, design, standardization, execution and support for IT Project sites.
1.Provides technical and training support to end users of the Planview application and IS Shared Services SharePoint Site
a. Primary point of contact for IS Shared Services SharePoint site and Planview technical/administration support and assigned initiatives including Planview defect fixes, enhancements, testing and roll outs.
b. Provides education and technical support to Planview end users including Planview workflows, standards and reports
c. Provides technical expertise with Planview application
d. Creates and updates Planview reference documentation as needed
e. Provides support and/or participates in process improvement initiatives, software release updates or projects related to Planview. Participates in Planview enhancement and defect fixes.
f. Attends all regularly scheduled PMO process meetings as it relates to Planview.
2. Partners and communicates with assigned customers / users and participates in problem identification and resolution activities
a. Educates Planview and IS Shared Services SharePoint users with the appropriate process workflow paths or possible solutions to requirements related to improvement initiatives.
b. Includes others in decision-making when appropriate
c. Works well in a team setting
d. Applies sound, independent judgements based on available information
e. Follows-up on issues with quick, accurate resolutions and updates
f. Develops trust and relationships with users/customers
g. Provides guidance and expertise to end users and other team members related to assigned duties
h. Supports preparation, execution and communications for team testing
i. Assists managers and/or users in problem identification
j. Identifies applicable teams required for resolution
3. Promotes professional growth and development through leadership activities, continuous education, and training
a. Participates in various meetings as appropriate to maintain working knowledge of IS Shared Services PMO and use of Planview and SharePoint.
b. Participate in continuing education opportunities and training sessions for team members, as needed
c. Collaborates with IS Shared Services PMO subject matter experts.
d. Identifies training needs and education opportunities.
e. Actively seeks constructive feedback and remains receptive to it

Education Required: Bachelor's degree.
Experience Required: Two years' experience in Epic software, domain, project management or workflow analysis. May substitute required education degree with additional years of equivalent experience on a one-to-one basis.
Preferred Experience: experience with SharePoint platform, experience maintaining/operating ServiceNow PPM, RM, and SPM modules
