- High school diploma or GED required
- Post-secondary courses in a related field are strongly preferred.
- Related experiences with progressive responsibilities.
- Current knowledge of District, State and Federal Transportation regulations and procedures relating to the transportation of school students.
- Training in special areas such as bus driver instructor is helpful, but not required.
- Knowledge of basic work area operations and procedures.
