Cross Keys Village - The Brethren Home Community is currently seeking a Transportation and Safety Coordinator to ensure annual reviews of all safety policies are completed while also assisting in the coordination of daily activities within the Transportation department. This opening is for a full-time position with ability to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.

Job Description:
As a Transportation and Safety Coordinator, your scope of responsibilities will include but is not limited to:

• Providing continuity, assistance and communication to all CKV - THC department managers to ensure annual reviews of all departmental safety policies are completed.
• Updating the safety policy index and manual as needed.
• Maintaining master SDS manuals for the CKV - TBHC, completing annual updates as required and maintaining all related SDS guidelines under OSHA regulation.
• Assisting the Director of Safety and Transportation in reviews and updates of specific information on various organization procedures and plans.
• Assisting in planning and organizing annual disaster drill exercise.
• Maintaining information and meeting records for the Safety Committee , and relative sub-committee activities and projects.
• Assisting with front desk operations as needed.
• Assisting in the coordination of the daily activates of the Transportation office, including but not limited to processing transportation requests, processing invoices and payments for Auto Repair Services.

Education and Experience:

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience working with phones and computers is required.
• Prior experience working with emergency services is preferred.
• Must be able to establish and maintain excellent customer service.
