This position will be in charge of working with leadership to ensure safety is being properly adhered to in the building. Will be in charge of ensuring communicating all safety measures to all talrnts during onboarding to ensure safety will be following while on site.

- Establish and ensure the updating of document management, processes and procedures
. Support for specific Operational Quality issues.
- Support supervisors in the management and analysis of work accidents
- Promote the safety aspect among employees and the management team of the site and the region risk analyzer for regulatory compliance: Operator authorization, inspection visits, Insurer.
- Carry out internal quality and safety audits including monthly safety visits.
- Put in place Safety Animation
Working hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
- Ability to handle high volume situations
- Ability to give guidance and proper coaching to talent on safety related questions
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred, to effectively communication with teammates
- Comfortable presenting in front of a group of people
- 1 to 4 years with Safety experience
