An added differential of $1.00 is applied to the base wage of $17.50/hour after all required trainings are completed. We are also offering a $1,000 sign on bonus that is paid out in increments at set milestones of your employment!

- Must be at least 18 years of age (Diploma/GED not required).
- Be able to regularly lift a minimum of 25 lbs (some shifts require more).
- Be able to be certified and maintain an acceptable level of certification in Oregon Intervention System (OIS).
- Be able to be certified and maintain certification in CPR/First aid.
- Pass a state/federal Criminal history and protective service investigation check, this may include being fingerprinted.
- Pass a pre-employment drug screen for the use of illegal substances in Oregon.
- Possess a valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record.
- Basic computer skills - computer assessment will be administered before hiring.
- Attend a required Meet and Greet in Grants Pass, OR. This is the scheduled first day of work.
- Shadow shifts between Meet and Greet and Orientation Training.
- Attend a two week in-person paid orientation training in Grants Pass, OR.
- Complete all classes and submit all documentation required during orientation.
