To thrive in the role of a Direct Support Professional (DSP) at Alternative Services - Oregon, Inc., you should possess exceptional interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and build relationships with individuals with disabilities. Additionally, strong organizational abilities are crucial to assist with daily tasks such as meal preparation and transportation coordination. A high school diploma/equivalent GED, a valid driver's license are an essential requirement.
