Hiring Direct Support Professionals Immediately! (DSPs / Caregivers) Split Shift
Alliance Services is hiring Direct Support Professionals (Caregivers / DSPs) to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their homes, helping them to become the best version of themselves!
HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Have fun while helping customers be the best versions of themselves! Spend your time doing fun activities like arts & crafts or sports, and work to understand what dreams your customer has, and can pursue them together
- Assist with everyday living needs, removing barriers for customers (such as personal care, meal preparation, companionship, medication reminders, housekeeping and budgeting)
- Follow customers care plan and provide updates on meeting the customer’s desired outcomes

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- At Least 18 Years of Age
- Valid Driver’s License and Auto Insurance
- Working cell phone
- Experience in caregiving or IDD support
- Current first aid & CPR certification – we will help you get certified! (reimbursement available)
- Pass a Motor Vehicle Report (MVR/DMV Report) and criminal background check
- Must have Non-Verbal Experience
- SPECIFIC SHIFT REQUIREMENTS:
Week A: Wed-Thur: 5:30am-9:30am/3:30pm-8:30pm
Week_ B*_: Sat-Sun: 5:40am-8:15pm; Mon-Tue: 5:30am-8:30am/2:30pm-8:30pm*
Repeat cycle
Base Pay: $22.00 - $23.00 an hour
$21.00 with NO experience
Job Type: Full-time, Part-time
