Transaction Analyst
A leading energy provider is seeking a Transaction Analyst to join their team! This opportunity is a contract possible hire with a salary of $19 an hour. The Transaction Analyst is responsible for implementing and delivering service management needs of internal and external customers.
Transaction Analyst Will Perform:
- Manage all inbound and outbound data elements required for account creation and billing setup
- Process enrollment or contract renewals based on market guidelines
- Escalate and resolve discrepancies with internal stakeholders
- Generate and work on daily/weekly/monthly metrics reports
Transaction Analyst Industry Experience and Knowledge:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
- 1 - 2 years of related experience preferred
- Experience in Microsoft Office Suite required
- Experience in Energy specific industry preferred
- Knowledge of one or more of the following preferred: ERCOT, PJM, MISO, NYISO, NEISO, PUC and/or TDSP/TDU
