Job Summary
As part of the Information Security team, the Information Security Compliance Analyst, plays a pivotal role in safeguarding regulatory compliance across all departments of our organization. Responsibilities include staying abreast of evolving industry standards, crafting robust policies, and meticulously assessing compliance measures. Additionally, serving as an indispensable asset in guiding the company through various annual audit obligations, providing expertise and support to ensure our adherence to regulatory mandates.
Essential Functions: Duties/Responsibilities
- Assessment and Analysis:
- Participate, prepare and, with oversight, conduct regular audits to assess compliance.
- Analyze data to identify areas of non-compliance or potential risks and present findings.
- Investigate compliance issues, recommend, and implement solutions.
- Develop, recommend, and implement compliance procedures and controls.
- Monitor changes in regulations and create recommendations to update policies accordingly.
- Maintain documentation of compliance activities and findings.
- Provide guidance and training to employees on compliance matters.
- Working with the compliance team, collaborate with legal and regulatory affairs teams to ensure compliance.
- Prepare reports and presentations on compliance activities and findings.
- Participate in compliance-related projects and initiatives.
- Collaborate with legal and regulatory affairs teams.

- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Certifications such as: Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP) or Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) considered an asset.
- 5+ years of experience in a directly related field.
- A combination of training and job-related experience will be considered.
- Technical competencies:
- Strong understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Exceptional ability to formulate compliance policies, procedures, and related documentation.
- Familiarity with compliance management software systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
