This position is for a Washington resident who is commutable to the Seattle/SeaTac/Tacoma area on occasion.
Pay Rate: $23.50 to $25.50/hr, depending on experience

Primary Job Function: Coordinate, organize, and act as the primary point of contact for training classes for distributors, dealers, and internal clients. Perform all related follow-up items for distribution channel and dealer direct classes. Maintain organization of all training classes and client information as required.

Daily Duties:
- Act as primary BDR training contact for distributor clients and handle inquiries from dealer customers and clients related to BDR training, perform all coordination-related activities for distribution and dealer direct training classes.
- Act as the central point of contact for distribution and dealer direct training questions and information for BDR.
- Communicate with distributors and dealer clients regarding class requirements, requested/needed information, and related deadlines, confirm book counts with clients and order class books, communicate with dealer and distributor clients in the BDR client communication management database
- Maintain and update all data entry about training class information and records in Dynamics 365 and company logs, prepare and send class preparation materials to trainers (emails, etc.), track, organize, and distribute participant forms that are received after a training class (updating all logs accordingly), maintain, distribute, and verify incoming leads. Maintain inventory for the training department as needed.
- Give outstanding customer service to clients in resolving issues with the BDR website. Building customer relationships with BDR clients. Help answering phone calls and answering questions about training events.
- Submit required paperwork for new and updated classes to accounting, complete reporting for management as directed, including the weekly Book Count Report and Class Data Form Report, participate in weekly travel coordination meetings and semi-annually trainer meetings, and daily, weekly, and monthly reporting as required, create dashboards and basic reports in Dynamics 365 for Training Department members
- Assist in scheduling class books for printing as directed. Assist in setting up new BDRU events in D365 as directed, travel requests for special events, and training events. Assist in preparing training classes for printing as directed. Facilitate help across different departments, dealers, distributors, and BDR team members as needed.
- Other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager
