A local company that provides merchant service for credit unions is looking to add a Merchant Services - Training Coordinator to their team in this Direct Hire opportunity.
Their services include credit and debit card processing, gift card programs, and training support to ensure their clients are well educated in their products and processing.
You’ll be successful in this role if you bring your creativity, outgoing personality, patience, and ability to present complex material in a fun manner.
Merchant Services - Training Coordinator Job Duties:
- Facilitate successful training sessions for new and current clients on core processing topics
- Develop training curriculum for merchant service products
- High proficiency using in person and virtual presentation technology
- Organize and coordinate education sessions
- Keep current on adult learning methodology to update programs
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM
Merchant Services - Training Coordinator Requirements:
- 3+ years in the Credit / Debit Card Processing Industry, EFT services
- Some travel is required for this role
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
- Computer skills; presentations, virtual technology
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
Pay: $65,000 - $75,000 per year
