A local company that provides merchant service for credit unions is looking to add a remote Merchant Services - Training Coordinator to their team in this Direct Hire opportunity.
Their services include credit and debit card processing, gift card programs, and training support to ensure their clients are well educated in their products and processing.
In this role, you will work with clients, business partners and staff to plan, develop, and present curriculum, to ensure their clients are well educated on the service products they are being provided.
Merchant Services - Training Coordinator Job Duties:
- Facilitate successful training sessions for new and current clients on core processing topics
- Develop training curriculum for merchant service products
- High proficiency using in person and virtual presentation technology
- Organize and coordinate education sessions
- Keep current on adult learning methodology to update programs
You’ll be successful in this role if you bring your creativity, outgoing personality, patience, and ability to present complex material in a fun manner.
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM (some travel required)
Merchant Services - Training Coordinator Requirements:
- 3+ years in the Credit / Debit Card Processing Industry, EFT services
- Strong presentation, interpersonal skills - energetic and fun
- Drive to learn and grow new skills, flexible
- Computer skills; presentations, virtual technology
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000 plus bonus potential
