Job Summary

Responsible for enhancing the employee experience within the Technology Product Xperience organization. This role involves managing reporting requests and providing transactional support, as well as participating in the evaluation of reports aligned with the department's established goals. Additionally, the role involves handling requests for human resources data while ensuring confidentiality and data privacy standards, operating with moderate guidance in own area of knowledge.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities 

  • Proactively researches and audits key performance metrics to ensure timely delivery of performance management, organization structure and compensation changes. 

  • Utilizes excel and other data platforms to perform analysis on large data sets. Knowledge of Workday reports and excel pivot tables is preferred. 

  • Maintains and audits data related to performance management, compensation, and calibrations during year-end. 

  • Support HRBPs by fulfilling requests for transactional support, reporting, employee complaints and assisting in the resolution of employee issues, in addition to fulfilling other assigned duties and responsibilities. 

  • Collaborates with HR leaders and actively engages in HR initiatives to streamline processes throughout the technology organization. 

  • Acts as a Liaison with HR Business Partners in the U.S. and India to ensure synchronization with processes. 

  • Manages data entry and ensures the maintenance of HR records and databases. 

  • Exercises independent judgment and discretion consistently in matters of significance. 

  • Demonstrates expertise in the utilization of HR Information Systems. 

  • Maintains regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.

Education

Bachelor's Degree

While possessing the stated degree is preferred, Comcast also may consider applicants who hold some combination of coursework and experience, or who have extensive related professional experience.

Relevant Work Experience

2-5 Years
