As a Service Advisor you will be responsible for meeting customers and dealing with customer requests pertaining to repair and/or servicing of their vehicle issues. Service Advisors are key players in the dealership for fostering positive customer relations through communication and following up with customers on repair status and charges on repairs.
Job Responsibilities:
- Generating service order estimations and quotes for customers
- Scheduling appointments and maintaining an organized schedule
- Conducting post-repair follow up
- Resolving customer complaints
Job Qualifications:
- Great attitude with a high-energy and personality.
- Ability to work hard with limited supervision.
- Automotive Service Advisor experience a must.
- Must be able to manage in a fast paced work environment.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Professional personal appearance and work ethic.
- Must have great customer service skills.
- Must be able to pass pre-employments screens
