As a Guest Advisor / Customer Service / Front Desk, you are the face of our spa. Guest Advisor’s are personable, professional, and go above and beyond so each guest feels as if they’re a guest in our home. We pride ourselves in hiring passionate professionals who advocate the true meaning of an exceptional guest experience and build a long-lasting rapport for guests to return again and again.
Guest Advisor / Customer Service / Front Desk $18+/hr based on experience. Plus earn commission on product sales, membership bonuses and other incentives.
Part-time or full-time positions available. Must be available to work Sundays.

Guest Advisor / Customer Service / Front Desk Responsibilities
- Greeting and assisting guests
- Scheduling appointments and answering phones
- Checking guests in and out and ensuring the accuracy of all transactions
- Maintaining a clean and beautiful spa, retail space, and reception area
- Educate guests on our treatments, retail products and membership program
- Maintain and provide accurate and timely responses to all guest inquiries
- Ensure an exceptional guest experience every visit
- Willingness to work as a team player to proactively support the spa’s needs
- Attention to detail in all aspects of spa coordinators responsibilities
Guest Advisor / Customer Service / Front Desk Requirements
- Passionate, self-motivated and goal-driven
- Attention to detail, organized and ability to multitask
- Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
- High energy and sense of urgency
- Professional, personable, articulate, and team player
- Ability to promote and sell membership program and retail products
- Customer service, retail and/or sales experience is strongly desired. Skin care, beauty or hospitality experience a plus
- Must be willing to commit for at least 1 year
- Must be available to work 1 weekend day in addition to other days and/or nights
- Mindbody experience a plus
- Drug/alcohol/smoke free
