BMW of Cape Cod has outstanding opportunity for Experienced SERVICE ADVISORS to join our team of professionals. The expectation of this role is to be part of a team that delivers a memorable customer experience. Prior experience preferred, but we are willing to train the individuals seeking a career in the automotive industry.
As a Service Advisor you will facilitate the customer process for proper maintenance, repair and all other vehicle needs as the face of the dealership. You will be accountable to maintain manufacture standards for documentation and product knowledge.
Job Duties include:
- Greeting customers and establishing maintenance or repair needs.
- Communicating with customer on needs assessment and establishing a completion time.
- Ensuring that all customer expectations have been met.
- Provide proper documentation for the customer and the company for the work performed.
Job Requirements
Candidates must have prior experience as Service Advisor, desire to succeed, good communication skills, be highly organized, possess great time management skills, present a professional appearance and demeanor and valid drivers license. Must be able to work 40-45 hrs per week including Saturdays.'
