POSITION SUMMARY:

At Opus IVS, we’re seeking a seasoned Marketing Manager who excels not only in graphic design and web development but also in managerial capacities. As a working manager, you’ll spearhead our visual identity across diverse marketing channels while overseeing a dedicated team, ensuring alignment with our mission and objectives. We are a focused and nimble entrepreneurial team, with a strong culture of doing whatever it takes for our customers.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Web Development, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years managing direct reports.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (Adobe Creative Suite) and web development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Strong expertise in UI/UX principles, responsive design, and familiarity with CMS and web development frameworks (WordPress, Joomla, etc.).
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Design Leadership:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive visual strategy, aligning design initiatives with overarching marketing objectives and brand identity.
- Mentor and lead a team of Marketing professionals, fostering creativity, skill development, and a cohesive approach to projects.
- Drive budget planning and forecasting for all Marketing activities, optimizing resource allocation and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Graphic Design and Brand Consistency:
- Produce compelling designs for various marketing collateral, maintaining consistency in branding elements across all communications.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team, leveraging design to effectively convey key messages and engage our automotive repair audience.
- Ensure adherence to Opus IVS’s brand guidelines and maintain a superior standard of design quality and professionalism.
- Web Architecture and User Experience Enhancement:
- Lead the conceptualization, design, and maintenance of our website, ensuring it reflects our latest brand updates and product offerings.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration to create intuitive, engaging web experiences that drive conversions and user engagement.
- Monitor website performance metrics, employing data-driven insights to continually optimize user experience and SEO.
- Other Key Department Activities
- Lead Generation – manage the conversion of solution awareness through to Marketing Qualified Lead.
- Show Production – the Marketing team executes a presence at dozens of shows per year, including AAPEX / SEMA.
- Customer Communication – establish and maintain regular communication with our thousands of loyal customers.
