Our Financial Services Advisor training program is offered at entry level and will fast track you through all areas of Retail Banking! At Athol Savings Bank we pride ourselves on our Universal Banking model which gives our employees an opportunity to succeed and develop a wide range of skills!
Duties and Responsibilities of a Financial Services Advisor include but are not limited to;
- Assisting customers with processing transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, transfers, payments, resolving complaints or account discrepancies and answering questions.
- Opening checking and savings accounts, enrolling customers in online banking, educating customers on eServices, etc.
- Providing the highest level of customer service and informing customers about other bank products and services.
- Following policies and procedures to ensure that customer information is kept private.
- Keeping a clean, organized work area and a professional appearance.
A high school diploma or equivalent in coursework, training or experience, and a minimum of one year of customer service experience is preferred. Sales and cash handling experience is a plus.
The ideal candidate will be a team player who isn't afraid to go the extra mile when it comes to helping customers and coworkers.

This is a 20 hour position: Thursday: 7:30am - 3:15pm
Friday: 8:00am - 4:15pm or 9:00am - 5:15pm
Saturday: 8:00am - 12:30pm
