Automotive Service Advisor / Writer (No Weekends)

North Shore Nissan is looking for an experienced Automotive Service Advisor / Writerto join our busy store.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer that enters our facility with hospitality and respect
• Obtain the customers’ and their vehicle’s information
• Determine and recommend needed maintenance, repairs and services based on the vehicle information and history
• Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs
• Oversee service orders & related documentation
• Set service appointments and assign tasks to service department employees
• Manage the store’s workflow and delegations to the service technician team
• Communicate and update customers on the progress of their vehicle
• Build long-term relationships between the store, yourself and the customer

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Automotive Service Advisor experience required
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record
• Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Attention to detail
• Team oriented
• Ability to bend, move, lift and physically perform duties in the scope of this position
• CDK and Reynolds experience preferred, but not required

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
