Position Overview:
In this role, you’ll coordinate with Directors and Analysts on various systems and processes including change forms, termination letters, disability payments, HSA payment, etc., working with employees regarding their benefits and any updates.
You will also assist with the Annual Recognition Program, including monthly anniversary celebrations and annual celebration setup. Oversee the Tuition Reimbursement process as well as maintain various reports as needed.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree
* 5 years of Human Resources experience
* Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word and Excel
* Ability to analyze and interpret business documents, government regulations and policies/procedure manuals
* Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
* Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions
* Basic math skills
