Our company is looking for an Bilingual English/Spanish- Administrative Assistant and Timekeeper with basic Data Entry knowledge in QuickBooks desktop. Administrative Assistant duties and responsibilities include providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Supports managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication.
Develop and maintain a filing system.
Provide general support to visitors.
Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
Reply to email, telephone or face to face enquiries.
Multitask.

· Computer skills – to enter time data into payroll management systems
· Communication skills – to work with payroll department personnel and employees outside of the department
· Attention to detail –to ensure that they enter information correctly and properly calculate employee pay and withholdings
· Organization skills – to manage data for many employees at once while quickly resolving issues that can cause delays in payroll processing
