JOB SUMMARY
Timekeepers compute total time worked by employees, compare to daily timesheets, and after checking process, then route to finance for Labor Hour Allocation, as well as generate various reports based on the information on the daily timesheets.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Processes the daily time sheets
- Ensure employees are paid correctly and on time when compared to Kronos system
- Maintain an accurate track of hours worked
- Liaisons between employees, supervisors and payroll coordinators
- Ensure hours are ready for payment distribution
- Work Schedule Time Sheet System
- Review timecards
- Sub-Contractors
- Absent Check
- Missed Punches
- Daily Clock Allocation/Timealley/Maingate
- Travel log
- Daily hour Allocation for lease and direct employee
- Maintain an accurate track of worked hours
- Ymas report
- Headcount Report
- Project Allocation
- Discrepancies check
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of 1 year in time keeping preferred
Minimum of 1 year in a data entry position required
Minimum of 1 year in a clerical role
SKILLS & ABILITIES
Proficient in MS Office: (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
