Day-to-day tracking and review of time entry status for employees throughout Puerto Rico, and the U.S Mainland. Works with employees to ensure timecards are submitted accurately and timely. Follows up with supervisors/managers to ensure submitted timecards are approved timely.
ESSENTIAL JOB SKILLS/DUTIES:
- Performs timecard reviews daily in dual timekeeping systems
- Works with employees to ensure missing or outstanding timecards are completed timely and accurately
- Investigates discrepancies and provide information in non-routine situations
- Ensures employees or their managers/supervisors properly submit timecards
- Generates excel reports to provide time entry status updates to management
- Works with managers/supervisors to ensure submitted timecards get approved
- Responds to employee inquiries
- Adheres to internal standards, policies, and procedures
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties and projects assigned
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Required Education and Experience
- High School graduate/GED and 1-5 years of accounting experience
- Intermediate Excel skills
