Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee day to day management of all Bright’s Warehouse and Field Operations
- Work closely with General Manager and Business Development Team to achieve revenue targets.
- Manage building and property functions including maintenance and repair.
- Accomplish operations by recruiting, training, and coaching Team Members
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols.
- Maintain constant communication with management
- Ensure operational activities and deliveries remain on time and within a defined budget.
- Track Staffing requirements, hiring new team members as needed.
- Manage data collection for updating operations metrics to achieve productivity targets, eliminate errors, and deliver excellent customer service
- Work closely with HR and safety departments to ensure that activities remain compliant
- Oversee materials and inventory
- Lead, motivate, and support a large team within a time sensitive and demanding environment including problem-solving

Operations Manager Qualifications/Skills:
- Multi-tasking skills
- Skilled in Analyzing Information
- Excellent ability to delegate responsibilities while maintaining organizational control of operations and customer service

- Bilingual In Spanish

Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or associate degree in business administration or management is a plus
- Five to eight years of experience in warehouse and field operational type role
- Event Rental experience is a plus
