Treasury Management Operations Manager

Sunflower Bank, N.A. is looking for a highly motivated, energetic individual to fill the full-time position of Treasury Management Operations Manager in Plano, TX! The Treasury Management Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing Treasury Management Operations and Client Support. In addition to actively participating in production responsibilities, the manager will coordinate scheduling and training for Treasury Management Ops Specialists. The manager will act as a liaison between Treasury Management Operations and Implementation as well as with other departments.
This position requires Treasury Management Product knowledge and experience with customer support and product setups.
Ensure Treasury Operations Team can support a full range of products including, but not limited to Commercial Online and Mobile Banking, Wires, ACH, Remote Deposit Capture, Positive Pay, Lockbox, Account Analysis, File Transmission and other treasury related products and services.
Oversee the accurate and timely implementation of new Treasury Management services and maintenance.
Responsible for the development and overall supervision of the Treasury Management Operations Team with training in bank products, operations, effective use of processes and systems, compliance, and risk management.
Participate on client calls as needed and when necessary, support internal customers with customer service and technical question resolution regarding Treasury Management products
Approves treasury related transactions, resolves problems and handles client escalation within given delegated authority.
Provides guidance and support to TM Operations staff and supervisors, as needed, for large and complex customer needs.
Develop or revise policies and procedures for all core treasury functions to ensure internal controls are effectively designed and maintained.
Create monthly statistical reporting.
Provide reporting to Treasury Management to facilitate ACH and RDC reviews.
Ensure adherence to all departmental policies, client requirements, and compliance guidelines.
Stay current with and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of Treasury Management products and service offerings in the market
Education / Experience Preferred:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance or related field or equivalent work experience.
Five years related management or supervisory experience in a financial institution required, previous treasury operations experience with an understanding of applicable regulations preferred.
Must possess Treasury Management experience in electronic payments.
Must possess strong understanding of Treasury Management product and services and the ability to manage multiple, detailed projects.
Proven work experience with NACHA rules to include understanding of roles/responsibilities as an RDFI and ODFI.
Ability to manage multiple geographic areas and/or groups.
Strong Windows based PC skills required.
Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) preferred.
Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication, and customer relation skills.
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong management and decision making and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle stressful situations as they occur.
Must be able to multi-task with frequent interruptions and be comfortable in a fast-paced, changing environment with the ability manage multiple projects to conclusion on time.
