This role relies heavily on excel-based analytical capabilities (Microsoft Excel), with both analytical and project management responsibilities.
The responsibility of the Testing Team is to design, setup, analyze, and present results of in-store tests. The goal of the testing team is to grow and optimize sales, margin and productivity through strategic test initiatives. The Test Analyst is responsible for the cross functional setup and execution of in-store testing, the analysis of tests, and maintenance of testing details and documentation. The selected candidate will analyze statistical and directional test results as well as ad-hoc research using testing software, data warehouse, and qualitative feedback from cross functional interaction and store travel. The analyst will work with the Testing Manager on setup, analysis and presentation of all research.
Other responsibilities include leading testing alignment and execution meetings, prepping meeting materials for leadership review of tests, maintaining store data to support test cell selection, monitoring test capacity and usage, managing the testing grid/schedule, assisting on store communications, managing distribution lists, meeting attendees and maintaining the test library for historical test results.

Your Impact
- Analyze results using APT (testing software), Excel, PowerPoint and Data Warehouse
- Proactively conduct research on all test and ad-hoc work that allows for understanding of key performance drivers
- Summarize and effectively communicate results to diverse audiences, varied levels of leadership, and cross functional teams.
- Use understanding of business strategy and test intent to manage the multiple teams and actions required to execute a successful in-store or OMNI test including:
- Product deliveries, internal and external marketing, store communication, merchandising strategy/interaction, and the broader business actions that interact with each test.
- Think creatively and remain open to change. Be adept at managing multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously
- Project management including maintenance of key test tracking files, process documentation, meeting attendees and distribution lists.
Maximum Salary: $84,735.00
VS&Co provides a range of compensation for this role as shown. Your actual salary will be determined by a number of factors, including: your specific skills and experience, geographic region, or other relevant factors.
Your Experience
- Strong analytical skills – two to four years analytical experience preferred
- Adept Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Strong organizational skills and proactive orientation on setting and tackling priorities
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and via presentations in group settings
- Highly curious self-starter
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with a high degree of accuracy
- Comfortable with environment of change and group decision making
- Bachelor’s degree in an analytical field
