Overview: Join the team as a QA Analyst, contributing to the delivery of exceptional digital capabilities and customer experiences in a fast-paced retail and e-commerce environment. Collaborate with cross-functional partners to support the QA Lead in executing test cases, identifying defects, and ensuring a great customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Execute test cases and validation procedures within sprint cycles and production releases
• Document and triage defects, updating regression test suites as per test lead's guidance
• Plan and execute production test activities to validate site and checkout flows post-release
• Participate in requirement grooming, 3 amigo sessions, and provide feedback on QA estimation sizing
• Assist in User Acceptance Testing, contribute to scrum activities, and report progress metrics to the QA Lead
• Drive continuous learning and improvement in testing processes

Requirements-

• 2+ years as a QA Analyst in e-commerce and website testing
• Experience in Scrum/Agile methodologies
• Expertise in integration testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing
• Ability to map test cases to requirements and build requirement matrices
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, TestRail, or other test management tools
• Experience with third-party applications and vendors
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent experience
• Knowledge or experience with WCAG compliance
• Familiarity with mabl test automation or other low code solution tools
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, 3-5 years preferred
• Creative thinking for expanding coverage within designated sprint timeframes
• Worked in product teams with Agile methodology
• Bachelor's degree required, QA certifications nice to have
