Location: Phoenix, AZ (WFH when not traveling to clients)
Territory: State of Arizona - 90% of time will be spent in Phoenix area
Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 guaranteed base + uncapped Commissions (2nd year OTE $200k+)

Territory Sales Manager (HVAC/Construction/Industrial exp req) Description
Our client in the HVAC Production and Manufacturing industry is looking for a Territory Sales Manager to add to their team in Phoenix, AZ. You will be taking over an already developed territory and active accounts and will be responsible for developing and implementing a Territory Sales plan that will meet both individual and Company goals of expanding the customer base and sales in the territory. To be successful in this role, you must have excellent relationship-building skills. You will be working with contractors out in the field, so an understanding of their needs, would be a big plus. Territory Sales Representative (HVAC/Construction/Industrial exp req) Responsibilities
Schedule daily and weekly sales activity; make sales calls to new and existing customers
Maximize opportunities in the process of closing a sale to increase market share
Sell consultatively; make recommendations to prospects and customers
Create effective sales presentations of the company’s products and services
Ensure customer service satisfaction and quality contractor relationships
Perform customer follow-up visits and quality checks
Develop customer relationships within the territory
Develop a database/CRM (Sales Force) of qualified leads
Maintain accurate records of all sales and lead activities
Assist in the implementation of marketing tools, and sales and promotional materials
Participate and contribute to the development and scheduling of educational programs
Monitors competitors, market conditions, and product development with the industry
Develop annual Territory Sales budget
Monitor and report monthly sales activity
Territory Sales Manager (HVAC/Construction/Industrial exp req) Qualifications
3+ years of Sales or HVAC Ductwork Fabrication experience required
HVAC, Sheet-Metal, Plumbing, Construction, or Industrial Industry experience required
Must have a valid driver’s license
